From the skies, the Gutter Pigeons watch everything, controlling the flow of contraband, rumors, and misinformation through a vast smuggling network. Meanwhile, the Gutter Dogs, stripped of their former role as humanity’s loyal companions, fight to reinvent themselves as street-hardened hustlers determined to claw their way to the top.
